We have now had our Fornchef for two months and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We have sold over 2000 pizzas cooked through the oven with most of our business being repeat customers. These are new sales to our business as we weren’t offering pizzas previously.

The key to the success of our pizza sales through the Fornochef is the crispy base produced by the stone base – this can’t be replicated in a traditional conveyor style oven and is what is driving repeat sales. You can hear it when you cut through the pizza base, there is a real crunch that comes from using Fornchef!

The oven was easy to set up after we received training from Chop-ology and the programs are easy to follow for all staff. Because the oven is such a great looking unit we set it up on the front counter so customers could see the cooking in process which we believe has helped sales growth.

Maintenance and cleaning of the Fornochef is minimal.

Whilst we intended to use the oven to heat and cook other products the pizzas have been so successful we haven’t had room to do so! We plan to purchase another Fornchef in the near future and would recommend others doing the same!
